When you purchase a VedNex Schedules licence through WarriorPlus, we receive the following information from the payment processor:

- Your WarriorPlus order ID and transaction reference
- The product(s) purchased and licence tier

We do not receive or store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by WarriorPlus and their payment processors.
3.2 Licence Validation Data
When you activate your licence key within your WordPress installation, our licensing server (api.vednex.io) receives:
- Your licence key
- The domain name of your WordPress site
- Your WordPress site URL
- A timestamp of the activation request
This information is used solely to validate your licence and enforce site limits. No booking, customer, or payment data from your WordPress installation is transmitted during this process.
3.3 Support Communications
When you contact us for support, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- The content of your support request
- Any diagnostic information you voluntarily share
3.4 Website Analytics
Our product website may use standard web analytics to understand visitor behaviour. This may include page views, browser type, and referral sources. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics without your consent.

As a VedNex Schedules licence holder, you are responsible for how the plugin processes your customers' personal data. The plugin collects information such as customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, and booking details — all stored in your WordPress database.

Our product website (scheduleswp.vednex.io) may use cookies for basic functionality such as the scarcity counter and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies that share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
The VedNex Schedules plugin itself may set WordPress cookies on your site for session management within the customer portal. These cookies are first-party and do not transmit data to our servers.
